The History of CCNN
The Central California Notary Network (CCNN) was founded in 2021 by Jennifer Cooper of JKC Mobile Notary, driven by a deep need for community and collaboration among local notaries. What began as a small Facebook group exclusively for notaries in Fresno, Madera, Tulare, and Kings counties quickly evolved into a thriving professional network.
From the start, CCNN’s mission was clear—create a space where notaries could connect, support one another, and refer business within the region. With a mix of brand-new notaries and seasoned professionals with 3 to 25+ years of experience, the group naturally grew into an educational hub. Jennifer stepped up, offering training sessions, bringing in industry leaders, and providing resources to help every member elevate their notary business.
By 2023, it was time for something bigger. With CCNN expanding beyond its Facebook roots, Jennifer built a leadership team to fuel its growth. With a dedicated event, member, resource, and outreach coordinators, the group took on a new level of impact—from hosting events and workshops to creating valuable resources that empower notaries at every stage of their careers.
Today, CCNN is more than a network—it’s a movement. We are a thriving community of professional notaries dedicated to excellence, education, and supporting one another in the ever-evolving notary industry. Whether you’re a brand-new notary or a seasoned pro, CCNN is the place to connect, grow, and succeed together.
